When we got our Cavapoo puppy we decided to enroll at the local pet store for training classes. I highly recommend Baxter & Bella to every dog owner! I am a first time dog owner, but the resources are excellent for any dog owner at any age. THE VERY BEST PERSONALIZED AND LONG-TERM SUPPORT! She was quick to respond with a thorough, personalized response. I also had a specific problem with my puppy with the training and contacted Amy. The combination of written information and videos is really nice. I highly recommend this training program! I love the practical tips and the ‘learn at your pace’ format. I thought I could figure out how to train our puppy on my own, but after a couple of weeks I realized how mistaken I was! I jumped right into Baxter and Bella when our pup was 10 weeks old and it has been the single best choice we could have made. It covers so much more than training, starting at pre-dog preparation, supplies, expectations, and personal support. I would highly recommend this program to anyone contemplating adding a new dog to their life. I truly enjoy training my puppy with B&B and credit them with my dog’s excellent progress. And, you can replay the videos as often as you want. I find her program superior over the in-person classes. I’ve reached out to her with various issues, and have always gotten a quick, detailed and compassionate response. Amy guides her students with explicit demonstrations and detailed lesson descriptions. Best decision ever! I love it so much more than the in-person classes. So, I decided to become a lifetime member. During COVID, I didn’t want to attend an in-person puppy school. I attended puppy school with my other dogs. Many times we weren’t able to attend the live sessions, but never missed a beat since the content was recorded and immediately available on-demand.
